When you access priv—whether via Android app, iOS browser, or desktop—you agree to the terms that follow. These terms set out our rights and responsibilities, your account obligations, and how we handle deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and dispute resolution. We've written them in plain language so the rules are clear.

priv is available only where local law permits. Your jurisdiction—whether Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang—determines your eligibility. Account Suspension and Closure

Our total liability to you is limited to your account balance at the time of the claim.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

priv operates under the laws of the jurisdictions where our services are legally available. Your use of priv constitutes acceptance that these terms are governed by those laws. We do not offer access in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify that your location permits participation. We are not liable if you access priv from a restricted jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through our internal dispute process first (as described above). If internal resolution fails, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration as permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
